What a mess this place is. So much damage to my car at this location. Long story but to put it simply do not service your car at this location or you will have more damage than when you dropped off the car. On two separate vehicles this place made big mistakes. On my mustang they caused $700 dollars in body damage and believe it or not stripped every lug nut on my mustang wheels, scratched the enging cover, door panel, chipped the paint in a number of places. It is really a shame as my car had no damage what so ever before they put their hands on it. This place is a nightmare. On my other vehicle (nissan rogue) they serviced they could never figure out why there was a rattle under the car. I discovered it though when I climbed under the car to see for myself and yep, exhaust Hanger bolts are missing causing the muffler to bounce up and hit the underside of vehicle. Same thing with dents and scratches on this car to. They don't care and don't pay attention to detail. These guys have their head up their you know what. Grants Pass Automotive. Won't be taking any of my cars their for service ever again and have an appointment with a another shop to repaired all the lug nuts on all 4 wheels that Grants Pass Automotive stripped. Can only imagine what this is going to cost me. This lug nut issue is unreal and it's a good thing I discovered it as the wheels are not tight because their stripped out. I had been driving the care till I made this discovery and luckily I did not lose a wheel a speed. Can not use my car now until it is repaired. Thanks Grants Pass Automotive.
